• Assists Employment Specialists in day-to-day supported employment activities.• Engages consumers and establishes trusting, collaborative relationships directed toward the goal ofcompetitive employment in supportive and integrated job settings.• Assess consumers’ vocational experience and abilities.• Assists consumers in career development and job search activities directed toward positions that areconsistent with consumers’ needs and interests.• Reviews participant engagements and assigns ESs to work one-on-one with them for the entirety of theirengagement.• Monitor and manage individual ES caseloads, adjusting when necessary.• Organize ESs' weekly team meetings.• Supervises ESs individually as needed.• Act as PROPEL liaison with other MHASF department leads.• Plays a key role in participant outreach and recruitment activities, i.e., job fairs, career days, etc.• Uses evidence based supported employment practices to help consumers gain and sustain meaningfulemployment.• Creates individualized career plans with direct input from participants.• Works with participants to create contemporary resumes’ and/or cover letters, including in last minute,and/or ad hoc situations.• Provides ongoing support to participants who are actively working, and those who may have ongoingemployment challenges.• Working knowledge of a broad range of occupations and jobs in the mental health services sector.
