I was an Intern for five months within the KPMG Health team and worked fulltime on two projects:- Setting up and supporting "regional taskforces" (regional networks) in different areas in the Netherlands to reduce waiting times within mental healthcare (GGZ)- Supporting stakeholders with the Dutch district nursing quality framework implementation, starting with the development of quality indicators and advising on appropriate governance

Emile.nu is an innovative home care organization with students who work in self-managing neighborhood teams. I visited clients regularly for domestic help, doing groceries, etc. Furthermore, I lead the self-managed team two months per year and was responsible for planning, administration, communication and chairing teammeetings.

Main tasks:- Requesting client information- Processing the information delivered by clients- Preparing and sending letters to airlines- Customer service tasks such as handling communication of clients through call centre and e-mail
