I am currently a Technical Product Manager at OCLC. I work directly with libraries around the world in over 90 countries across 4 continents on OCLC products. I specialize in proxy servers and cloud-based applications in providing advanced technical support to two of our Analytics services. I work alongside fellow Product Management and Development colleagues to define, implement, and develop acceptance test features for these analytics services. I assist and mentor less experienced staff on technical issues ranging in the configuration of Proxy Servers, IPs and software setups. I work closely with our Sales team and lead/participate in pre-sales and post-sales with our members.
