Procurement, Commercial & Dispatch • Responsible for procurement of office stationary, Office Mixture, Furniture equipments.• Responsible to coordinate negotiate, select good quality vendor for AMC of Computer networks, AC, Transportation etc.• Responsible for record maintenance and day to day correspondence.• Documentation import related work.• Preparation of Import L/C as per customer requirement and Foreign Payment (TT and LC against)• Material Distribution/Dispatch Planning as per schedule. • Responsible for order processing (Local and Import),compare the order with given quotation, coordinating with department (Billing, Logistics, Store) arrange the material for dispatch.• Prepare MIS report and outstanding debtor list and after discussion take necessary action.

 Delivery schedule planning, distribution and vendor up gradation. Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. To attain cost reduction on the basis of value analysis, value engineering and negotiations. Documentation import related work, re-export work etc. Bill pass as per Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Making a Vendor Outstanding Payment details. Procuring Analog and Digital Control Room material as per BOM. Procuring material and services at the right price, right quality and right point of time Developing new vendor with the better payment terms and better quality of the raw material Maintaining Purchase Order Tracker and RMA Tracker.
