End to End Supply Chain ManagementManaged the overall Logistics spend including inbound, outbound Freight and warehousing for Carrier Air Conditioning and Refrigeration ltd. Led the Logistics team to manage the PAN India operations (>18 warehouses), primary, secondary transportation (FTL - 500 trucks/month, PTL - 500 MT/month). Transport Control Tower• Developed the Transport Control Tower in India (Air Ocean and Express shipments and all domestic shipments), connecting with all Global regions through common dashboard• Conducting SIM’s with all key stakeholders (Planning, procurement and Import team) to discuss on daily operations and to resolve any issues delaying the shipments• Coordinating with Forwarders and Transporters on process improvement by optimizing the flows and Lead times• Proactively sharing the forecast with forwarders in case of any variation in volumes from collaborative sales forecast every month• Predict delay /risk to on-time based on historical lead time and actual status• Monitoring the daily performance dashboard from all the forwarders and local transportersProject Management• Leading the team for implementation of Schneider Electric Project Management process in India Logistics team through knowledge sharing from Global forum to local team by conducting trainings, brain storming sessions and workshops• Sharing of Global PMP tools with team and training on the application of same• Weekly / Monthly review of projects with all project managers in Logistics and further review with Management team• Leading the Global team for integration of 6 Sigma methodology with Schneider Electric project management process

Supply Chain Management Development and Delivery• Ensuring timely release of schedules to suppliers as per the production plan fixed• Responsible for the timely delivery of Chassis parts – Stabilizer Bars, Rear Springs, FR RR Dampers, Clutch Brake Assembly, Drum Disk Brakes, Knuckles Assembly, Column Steering Assembly, Exhaust Pipes and steel wheels for Mass Production of Amaze and city models, also procurement of parts for exports• Close monitoring & minimizing the inventory levels across the supply chain in line with the part by part delivery cycles defined• Conducting the QAV Audits at suppliers at the development stage (ensuring supplier’s capacity, packaging, RM BOP planning, Bins trollies planning etc) before the SOP. • Design change implementation ensuring zero obsolete cost by adjusting the schedules considering the Mass production implementation of New Part• Development of packing standard of suppliers with optimum quantity per Bin / Trolley considering the requisite conditions set by respective production lines• Defining and designing of seaworthy packaging for parts which are exported and arranging for the modification of same if any from Source Countries• Defining the Delivery Ratings of suppliers on the basis of percentage adherence for HCIL schedulesProject Management• Project Lead for new model (Amaze, City) setup at HCIL TKR Plant from Supply Chain perspective which includes system amendment, aligning the supplier resources, transportation, revision in delivery cycles etc• Set up of local warehouses for long distance suppliers• Setting up Milk Run
