 Inducting new personnel.  Attends daily Tool Box meetings with all personnel to discussion and initiates response for safety concerns  Identifies types of JSA needed for the application of PTW and creates JSA’s accordingly.  Ensure Personnel Protective Equipment compliance.  Regular inspection of the site, equipment and tools to ensure safety.  Watch out for fire hazards in the workplace while work is performed by other employees.  Maintain the conditions and requirements stated on the safety permit.  Ensures that all safety equipment is in good condition.  Ensures that all plant personnel are using full PPE on the site.  Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists and ensures that all required notices and posters is properly displayed for personnel information.  Attend emergency response at all time.  Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.  Training all personnel, on HSE issues.  Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.  Ensure the employees are trained about the particular job.  Equipment inspection checklist and monitoring of site safety activities.  Monitoring rigging activities, hot works and cold works.  Scaffolding inspection and tagging off.
