- Leading the product development for Space Discovery Engine (Agrigate) to find warehousing space across geographies. Agrigate will streamline logistics supply chain from identifying storage space, to transportation, to inventory financing and quality assessment of goods. Agrigate will also create financing opportunities for Lending institutions by creating a transparent and trustworthy supply chain ecosystem. - Defined product roadmap, different modules as well as complete architecture of product.- Defined timelines and hired a team of 5 members including Full Stack Developers, QA and Android Developer.- Delivered Warehousing Management System (WMS) to be used by Warehouse Owners who will list their warehouses on Agrigate.

- Designed new fintech product with goal of streamlining and digitizing the underwriting process of secured loans- Designed product flow, product roadmap and defined third party integrations- Prioritized development tasks for B2B and B2C applications and monitored the vendor throughout the process- Designed the process implementation for co-origination of loans with biggest PSU Bank, State Bank Of India- Successfully implemented Master Directions - Information Technology Framework for the NBFC by RBI

- Led the Capability in Appian (BPM & Low Code Platform) for Enterprise Business Process Management – Center of Excellence (BPM-CoE).- Successfully delivered enterprise level multiple TIER 2 Applications- Planned the development, prioritized user stories, conducted scrum calls and executed stakeholders review meetings.- Awarded Platinum and Gold Awards for successful delivery in record number of weeks. Minimum delivery time for an application was 6 weeks.

- Part of BPM Center of Excellence, started as a developer on BPM tool, Appian. - Delivered multiple projects for enterprise wide adoption. Some of the projects are: Centralized Staffing Intake, Enterprise Military Benefits Protection, SOT Quality Feedback Portal, Operations and Process Quality Automation, Instrumentation Alert Management- Performed roles of Business Analyst, conducted Scrum calls and managed stakeholders across geographies to deliver unexpected results.

Worked as an intern on a project of creating random numbers, which can be used for cryptographic purposes. Had a detailed study about pseudo-random number generators and implemented them in java.
