As a Manager at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune 500 company and a leading petroleum producer in India, I am responsible for managing the operations and integrity of the longest cross-country pipeline that transports Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) to Mumbai Airport and other major destinations in the western region.I have successfully implemented and analyzed the Leak Detection System (LDS) and the Pipeline Intrusion Detection System (PIDS), ensuring the optimum safety and efficiency of the pipeline network. I have also contributed to the innovation and diversification of the pipeline products, being part of the team that transported Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO) through the pipelines for the first time ever.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, where I acquired the knowledge and skills in pipeline design and protection, following the NACE, ANSI, ASME, and API standards. I also have a Quality Control Signatory Officer certification from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and a Verified International Academic Qualifications credential from World Education Services.I am passionate about sustainable energy development and supply chain management, and I aim to leverage my expertise and experience in pipeline engineering and operations to deliver high-quality and reliable petroleum products to the customers and stakeholders of BPCL and the Government of India.
