Total have 14 years experience of building material manufacturing industry. 2- 10 years worked as a Assistant Manager- Production in HIL Limited ( C. K. Birla group Company). 3- joined HIL Limited as a GET in 2010 and after that completion of one year confirmed as a Senior Engineer- Production4- At Now, in Everest Industries Limited my current role is mention as below:-A-) :- Lead the production team of asbestos fiber cement roofing line. B)- Responsible for overall manufacturing process related to plant production and product quality. C) :- Continue focus on plant for any improvement and innovation to increase plant productivity and quality. D) :- Also Have focus on Super sheets( Everest color roofing sheets) production and its Quality. E):- Try to achieve RM cost/MT of production and manufacturing cost within budget cost. F) :- Keep Monitoring on plant housekeeping and 5'S activity . G) :- Safety is top most priority amongst the all other activity.H) :- Always have focus on ZERO accident in plant. I):- Good knowledge of Working on SAP software. J):- Also have knowledge of working on MS office ( Word, excel & Power point).
