* Over 20 years progressive work experience in engineering group as discipline/area lead and/or team member in EPC environment for heavy oil, SAGD, gas processing, refinery, petro-chemical and chemical industries. * My work includes feasibility studies, basic engineering (DBM), front end engineering (FEED), detail engineering, plant scale-ups, operations troubleshooting, debottlenecking, proposal and project scope definition;* Experienced in preparation of deliverable like Process Flow diagrams (PFD), Heat and Mass balance (H&MB), P&ID development, utility summaries, equipment and instrument datasheets, etc.; process design of equipment, including vessels, columns, heat exchanger and package process specifications for equipment, pumps and control valves; project man-hour and man-power planning, cost development and management, scheduling and progress reporting, etc.;* Proficient in relief calculation methodologies and industry codes and standards applicable to pressure relief design. Hands on expertise with iPRSM software/database for relief valve sizing; * Participated in process reviews includes P&ID review, process safety reviews like HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/what-ifs, Plot plan and Piping model Reviews, Constructability reviews; * Hands on experience with simulation software like HYSYS, PRO II, PHA Pro, ProMax, AFT fathom, iPRSM and HTRI; * Familiar with the international codes and standards (API, ASME, AB-525, NFPA, CSA etc.), ISO 9001:2000 procedures;
