Current1. I have worked on Salesforce (CRM Software), which contains the accounts of customers in the UK. I cross-check the accounts on the Salesforce and the Excel sheet (Provided to me every day by UK Counterpart) and send the non-compliance emails to each of the defaulters for (>16 days and >21 days). 2. I create new accounts and close accounts for the customers on Salesforce as intimated in the mail. I send separate emails to each of the UK customers, informing them about the opening or closure of accounts.3. I handle the ticket queries of the customers, on Zendesk (Online Support Ticketing Tool). (Queries regarding the request for change in address, other personal details changes, and queries regarding their balance in the account). 4. I also prepare a Fortnightly (Presentation), In the presentation for each category, I put in the basic details of the customers (Excluding the account number and balance). I share the ppt with the UK Counterpart through Google Slides. Ex- Separate slides are asked for >16 days of non-compliance, > 21 days of compliance, Accounts created, Accounts Closed, Tickets Resolved, and Tickets Pending).5. I also work on the Backend of English Score (an Online Test Taking Platform), where I Procter the test takers' images to ensure the test is fairly taken. I also ingest questions on the backend of the English Score Website, based on the list of questions provided to me by the UK counterpart. The questions are set up on the English Score website for the test takers to answer.6. All the changes for the above tasks are recorded on the time log sheet. Show less
