Performing storm damage inspections, working closely with homeowners to determine the best means of repair to there homes, resolving complex material and build issues, submitting estimates and work orders to a general contractor for construction. Also, training and continuous development of newly hired employee.

The infantry is the main land combat force and backbone of the Army.
