ESTIMATING AND SUPPLEMENTING
Residential and commercial. Insurance
or retail. Estimates are written and
designed on Xactimate. Estimates are
personalized and will have your
company’s logo, demographic and
contact information. You will be assigned
an individual claim rep to work with you
and your team. This claim rep will be the
most familiar with your company and
claims. Contact information for your rep
will be provided in this packet.
CLAIM HANDLING
Claim Handling will be provided for
supplement services only. This service consists
of writing a supplemental estimate, sending
important information to the insurance
company/ adjuster and following up on the
claim until funds are recovered and released.
The claim handling process will consist of
frequent emails, calls and file sharing between
your claim rep and the insurance. Your claim
rep will also be contacting manufacturers and
third party vendors in the case that further
documentation or proof is needed for a claim.
Your rep will add updates to your company’s
CRM as information is communicated. Once
the final email is received from the insurance/
adjuster, you will be updated on the final
decision, including a detailed list of previous
and current funds to be released.
