Throughout my work at the Seattle Seahawks Pro Shop at Century Link Field, I have worked during multiple games. Throughout the entirety of the football games my main goal is greeting people as they enter and making sure that everyone in the store is getting the help they need. While working here I have gained an immense amount of patience while working because of how hectic fans are while shopping during a game.

While working at Jimmy Johns I was mainly a delivery driver, however I also answered phones, manned the cash register, and occasionally made sandwiches in shop. Throughout my employment, I learned how important it is to be efficient in the workplace. I now work with a sense of urgency, while still making sure to do the work well.

Made In Oregon was my first official job. While working here, I manned the register, welcomed and helped customers, cleaned the store, and counted and placed inventory. While working at Made In Oregon, I developed a liking for customer service. I learned how to properly handle difficult customers and how to create the best experience for all customers.
