My experience is guided by lifelong interests in history, law, and communication. I have always sought after puzzling cultural and political topics, listening and discussing their parts. As I grow and learn, my ability to observe and communicate has adapted with me. I have found that the legal field allows me to consider the law and it’s role in our world as an ever-changing opportunity.As I study to become a paralegal, I am excited to bolster my position in this field - utilize research and writing, nuanced communication, and organizational skills to employ the law in my everyday.The Henry Ford Museum has afforded me ample opportunity to study American history and it’s innovative nature. As a Historical Presenter, I am able to share these stories of creativity and bravery to thousands of guests, urging them to take advantage of such inspiration. Tours of 20 and varied groups of wanderers will ask questions, pose challenges, and reveal experiences to keep me on my toes.At Honigman, the questions, challenges, and experiences never end. I am exposed to so many resources at such a large firm, with six attorneys to assist and many more to which I lend a hand. Although I have only worked at the firm for about one year, mentoring new staff and training fellow employees on deal management software came as welcome additions to my job description. I am always willing to extend my role and learn new aspects of attorney support.I look forward to work as a paralegal and the new opportunities that will come my way in legal analysis, substantive writing, and attorney and client communication.
