As an aspiring aerospace engineer, I am pursuing a mechanical engineering degree with an aerospace focus at Cedarville University, where I have excelled in subjects such as MATLAB, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Mechanical Design, Heat Transfer, CFD, Propulsion, and Dynamics. I have also been actively involved in extracurricular activities, such as leading the NASA Student Launch team and designing an adjustable suspension system for the Shell Eco-Marathon team.In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable research experience as a summer intern at West Virginia University's MAE ASSIST lab, where I worked on space weather, neural networks, and machine learning projects. I created a Matlab orbit propagation model that factored in thermospheric density changes, and presented a poster with my findings at the Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium. I am passionate about applying scientific principles to the design and development of mechanical and aerospace systems, and I am eager to learn from and contribute to a professional team that is dedicated to innovation and excellence. I am currently seeking internship and job opportunities in the aerospace and astronautical engineering field.
