I am an enthusiastic and creative manager, with strengths in coaching, counseling, and developing people. Compliance, rules and regulations, financial reporting and analyzing trends is a large portion of what I do and I find it very rewarding, but working with people is a joy. Turning around attitudes, helping employees through tough times, helping people see diversity in the workplace makes a solid functioning team. Keeping the focus on excellent client service and constantly looking for ways to maintain a positive culture are skills in my toolbox. My background includes managing multi-state offices and profit centers, high numbers of direct reports, budgeting, operations, recruiting, developing training programs, strategic workforce planning, public speaking, policy writing, procedural analysis and development, and project management. Being logical, straight-forward, and friendly allows me to be influential and persuading.
