As a Destination Manager, I am responsible for fostering strong relationships with transfer companies that serve our customers. I oversee operations across various airports, ports, and stations in United States and Canadá.My daily responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations and seeking out potential transfer companies for new markets. I monitor the quality of service provided, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve our processes to prevent recurrence. Additionally, I am always available to address concerns, answer questions, and provide necessary information to our transfer partners.Beyond these duties, I create content and guidelines for our Supply department. This includes instructions on using our new platform, navigating the transfer companies' portal, onboarding new employees, and detailed procedures for daily operations.

This was a one-year project-based position within the Project Department, which was established for a specific purpose and dissolved upon completion of its tasks.Our team managed the migration from the old Taxi2Airport platform to the new Transferz Back Office system. I led various projects, with the authority and responsibility granted by the Project Board to oversee daily operations. These projects involved multiple stakeholders and were executed efficiently and effectively.We facilitated the transition to new workflows company-wide by conducting training sessions, providing explanations, and addressing any questions about the new procedures.
