I have extensive experience in dealing with escalated situations, usually ending all of them with a acceptable conclusion. I'm experienced in handling customer relations.I also have many years of experience in recruiting, hiring and training employees, particularly in the sales and customer service arena. I enjoy helping new team members learn how to provide excellent customer service and to properly represent products and services in the selling process. Finally, I am a born salesman and I really enjoy the selling process, when done properly and ethically. I have made the highest earnings in my life when I was selling products and services.
