In 2007, Mr. Valenzuela co-founded Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation with his son Julian, a contact center in Makati, Philippines with over 800 FTEs today. Visaya KPO is in four verticals: 1) Contact Center Service Delivery, 2) Healthcare Information Management, 3) Finance and Accounting Outsourcing and 4) IT Consulting. In 2011, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines, the official organization of contact centers in the Philippines with more than 90 member organizations comprising about 85 percent of the total seat count in the Philippines. Mr. Valenzuela is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science and has a Master’s in Business Administration from The Grazadio School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He has held positions with Fortune 200 companies as Director of Management Information Systems for FMC Corporation’s Agricultural Chemicals Group Asian Regional Office in Manila and as Director of Strategic Planning and eBusiness for ITT Industries in Foothill Ranch, California. He was also a Director of Information Systems and promoted to Financial Controller for Flojet Corporation in Irvine, California.
