*Ensure Safe operation in plant by conducting daily Audit and maintain the record for same.*Continuously monitor and oversee the Operation of Filling equipment and Testing of all safety equipment’s with their interlocks, ensuring they are functioning efficiently in accordance with established standard.*Ensure proper Quality Check and Purging of New, HR and in-house DPT cylinders.*Maintain accurate and detailed Record of operation, incident and equipment status. And report any deviation, abnormalities.*Ensure preventive maintenances and testing of safety equipment like GMS, Fire extinguisher, Strainer, sprinkler and DV checking, ESD&MCP, Fire engine capacity testing...etc. on monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basic.*Provide training & awareness to workman and Ensure compliance with all applicable regulation, safety standard is followed.
