I worked with Data Insights team in BBOXX London on analysis, visualisation and predictive modelling of customer behaviour pattern and device performance. My work was informing sales forecasting, device maintenance, troubleshooting and customer segmentation.● Repossession modellingCollaborated and developed a ML model to predict potential good and bad customers to avoid business loss and keep the market portfolio positive. The model recommends whether to repossess BBOXX system from a customer or not.● Pre/Exisiting Market AnalysisDevelopment of a GIS-based tool to facilitate identification of suitable sites for expansion of off-grid solar operations in African continent. Additionally, to understand level of saturation and performance of existing markets.● Sales forecastingUse time series data to forecast future sales so that this can be fed into stock needs. Includes implementation of traditional time series models like ARIMA (and its varitations), external regressors and sophisiticated models like Prophet.● Analysis for new line of clean cooking systems - BBOXX CookDeveloped real-time dashboard built in-house using Python. Consolidated data set from various data sources for user segmentation, consumption behaviour profile, battery and canister refill expectancy and planning future business strategies.● Optimum solar panel sizeReplicated the traditional excel model in Python. Addressed the concerns of a making it super flexible, highly granular and usage of actual profiles for customers consumption & solar data to study the appropriate panel size for each current and potential market.● Lithium battery malfunctioningIdentified faulty battery cells in systems assembled with lithium batteries using python script.● Analysed new line of high power systems - BPower300Segmented customers based on usage of the systems. Identified correlations and different patterns for better understanding of systems behaviour.

I lead the data analytics function for Ladworks - a social media platform for Esports online gaming community.My role is to generate customer insights from their gaming profile and results/stats, etc.

- The project was for Rolls Royce plc as a client, to extend their SAP implementation. - My role was to integrate Rolls Royce’ sales, logistics and operations data from diverse sources and platforms into SAP’s Business Intelligence suite (SAP BI). I also developed good understanding of a number of SAP modules such as Business Objects, Data Services and Business Planning and Consolidation. - My key achievement was to implement a realtime monitoring and optimized data process chain for smooth flow of daily transactions data into SAP’s Business Warehouse database. This minimised data processing failures and expensive fixes.

- Network shared resource project for HDFC Bank as a client. - My role as an intern desktop engineer included supporting HDFC on network shared resources using a variety of systems including Lotus Mail Server. - Efficiently handled and resolved over 1,200 issues – monitoring and fixing basic network faults to major network shared resource problems. - Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication and problem solving skills on fault recognition and reporting.
