Working as ‘Manager - Graphics and Audio Video’ at Skillsoft. My current role is to manage 2 teams (21 members) of Creative Graphic Designers and Audio Video Engineers. Worked as a Team Lead for INDOSOFT INTERNATIONAL LTD., Hyderabad. The role was more into designing for internet and intranet application and corporate communication. My responsibilities were, creating the weekly project schedule plan, delegate work to the team members which included creation and development of various web and computer based template designs, web based Animation, Flash intros, Templates, Layouts etc.
