Working as ‘Manager - Graphics and Audio Video’ at Skillsoft. My current role is to manage 2 teams (21 members) of Creative Graphic Designers and Audio Video Engineers. I am responsible for delivering different short videos and graphics elements related to eLearning courses. Worked as a Team Lead for INDOSOFT INTERNATIONAL LTD., Hyderabad. The role was more into designing for internet and intranet application and corporate communication. My responsibilities were, creating the weekly project schedule plan, delegate work to the team members which included creation and development of various web and computer based template designs, web based Animation, Flash intros, Templates, Layouts etc.

I have worked as a consultant designer with SQL STAR INTERNATIONAL in various eLearning projects; which included Creation of Graphics, Templates (Web & non-Web categories), Animation and Interactive Simulations. I worked as a consultant for ORACLE IDC, Bangalore on behalf of SQL STAR INTERNATIONAL LTD to develop graphic elements for eLearning modules and internal portals which was during the same period.
