Roles & responsibilities● Manage and Provide IT staffing services for US Client Requirements.● Search resume of IT candidate from various job portals (Dice, Monster,JobDiva) as per the skills and client requirement.● Submitting the candidate through the JobDiva with the agree rate and assign for the internal and external evaluation.● Call shortlisted candidate for discussing about the position related skills, Negotiating skills and rate/salary and fixing the interview for the further process.● Working almost every technical and IT position provide by the manager and follow for the further process.● Mass mail to the various available vendor list and find the correct consultant from them with fast track.● Screen and shortlist candidate as per the skills and rate part.● Hiring all kind of candidate with the work authorization such as Green card,H1B,, Citizens● Call directly to US citizen and GC candidates for various fulltime and contract requirement.● Format resumes and prepare profile for submission with skills matrix with required documents.

• Answer customer calls and respond to their requests• Provide Customers with product and service information• Assists customers by giving correct resolutions in a clear, concise and courteous manner• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved• Deliver outstanding customer service through efficient troubleshooting and communication with coworkers• Escalate unresolved issues to second level of support (both internal and external)• Properly document all customer calls
