I lead Humanitas Global School, a progressive and multicultural institution that provides quality and inclusive education for children from different backgrounds and contexts. As the director, I oversee the school's vision, mission, and curriculum, ensuring alignment with the principles and standards of international development and human rights. I also manage the school's budget, operations, and partnerships, fostering collaboration and innovation among stakeholders.My passion for international development and policy analysis stems from my academic and professional background. I hold a master's degree in applied international development from the University of Reading, where I focused on food insecurity, poverty reduction, and participatory development initiatives. I also have a bachelor's degree in history, economics, and political science from Christ College - Bangalore, where I gained a solid foundation in social sciences and research methods. I have developed core competencies in budgeting, program planning and management, and stakeholder engagement, which I apply in my current role and strive to improve continuously.
