Performing cash and position reconciliation with the various counterparts and ensuring that the variances are properly allocated to the respective operational teams.Apply Equalization Credit for Initial and Subsequent closing of Funds, Adjusted the Capitals of Partners Accordingly.Ensure Fund Income and Expenses including Admin, Custody, Audit and Tax Preparation Fees are Accrued and Booked in to the Tool in Accordance with Relevant Accounting StandardsPrepare and Review Various Fee Calculations like Management Fee Calculation, carried interest allocations in accordance with the Fund Documentation.Working on Carried Interest in accordance with Water Fall Distributions Mention in LPA.Schedule of investments and portfolio valuations on a quarterly basisMonitor the cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions on a regular basisPerform bank accounting reconciliations on a regular basis.Check URGL And RGL Of Respective valuations.Managing daily activities and other aspects in absence of seniors.
