1.Assist in developing and establishing the 'rules' to support the construction of item masters, bills of material and routings 2. Coordinate the interface with New Product Development, the configuration software and Marketing on methods to develop system information for New Product Development programs 3.Create and maintain dem flows for database processes within the manufacturing operational system 4.Develop spreadsheets of unique data per product line for generic bill of material 5.Establish the engineering/manufacturing system information (item masters and bills of material) to support the NPC process 6.Interface between product engineering, manufacturing engineering and configuration software to develop a vocabulary spreadsheet of data for the development of generic/static bills of material and routings on new products and product changes 7.Maintain item masters and bills of material through the ECO process 8.Manage and maintain feature/option table 9.Manage and maintain product line tables in operating system 10.Manage the cleanup, deletion, verification, and accuracy of data in the operating system 11.Represent database in the New Product Commercialization (NPC) process and communicate necessary information and requirements 12.Test and validate data structures and logic between the Configuration and Operating Systems 13.Test and validate the production bills of material and routings with existing and future engineering/manufacturing operation systems

1.collaborate with various suppliers to develop components as per Schneider requirement.2. validate supplier parts (sheet metal fabricated parts, corrugation boxes, pallets, labels and fasteners)as per Schneider requirement.3. review supplier documents like inspection report, PFD PFMEA, Control plan,SPC, ROHS etc4. conduct packaging analysis as per Schneider standard and carryout road test whenever required. create report and suggest improvement actions5. validate prototype, engineering drawings, BOMs and assembly work instructions and stream line them before releasing in PDM for production6. consolidate Change requests during various stage of project, analyze impact through CFT Review, conduct physical validation if required and provide feedback for the same.
