In my current position at ROVA Steel Tube Manufacturing LLC ,Abu Dhabi, UAE, as a Assistant Manager Production and TQM Team Leader, I have played a significant role in achieving targeted volumes in the Tube Mill department. I have also contributed to the establishment of Lean/Kaizen concepts across the organization, facilitating projects identified from DWM, and deploying Lean/Kaizen concepts in Gemba. Additionally, I have been responsible for scarp reduction, cost reduction initiatives, and manpower allocation and management.My projects at Tube Products of India and Universal Tube and Plastic Industries Ltd have been instrumental in increasing volume and productivity, including the establishment of Telescopic front fork rolling OTO MILL, and changeover time reduction. I am also responsible for implementing and improving WI & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for tube mill and ensuring the safety of men and machines in the shop floor.
