About Vishnu Murthy

I am a fourth-year medical student at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA interested in radiology, clinical research, medical education, and health policy. Before entering medical school, I worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at UCSF Radiology, where I served as Lead Coordinator on the department's largest study. This trial evaluated the effectiveness of PSMA-targeted PET imaging of prostate cancer and resulted in FDA approval of 68Ga-PSMA-11 (PSMA-targeting PET radiotracer) on December 1st, 2020.
