I manage a highly professional operations team who implement & support Netstock / Sage Inventory Advisor for our (500) clients in the APAC region (incl. Aus, NZ, Fiji, Indonesia, etc). My role is to oversee the smooth implementation of inventory management projects as well as support for existing customers. Helping to improve the team, assisting with optimal solutions & on-boarding of our clients, improving Netstock's software offering and improving client training are key focus areas of my role. Coca-Cola Amatil is a multinational beverage giant , operating in APAC. I managed a small team of Planning & Optimisation gurus. My role entailed building the capability of the planning team, process, systems , inventory optimisation, and network planning. o Designed & implemented SC training strategy, led & facilitated capability programs for demand and supply planners. o Re-engineered roles and processes to remove duplication and streamline processes. o Improved customer service, delivered in full on time KPI (DIFOT) rose from 95% to 98% whilst maintaining inventory levels even with increased SKU range.o I was also involved in strategic scenario planning for restructuring the CCA network and worked closely with the heads of Planning, Finance and Logistics.

o I led the strategic direction for Supply Chain Planning systems. o I developed a capability program for supply planners together with the Supply Chain Technical Academy. This included systems training and assessments (for SAP) as well as soft skills (role of a planner, coaching/ guided learning) and building a community of practice.o I commenced rolling this program by training trainers in Australia and Indonesia.o I worked on Supplier collaboration between CCA and the Coca-Cola Company.

I was the first Operational Excellence Manager for National Office, and I trained a significant number of employees on 20-30 modules.o I facilitated DMAIC (& other fundamental principles) over numerous projects and workshops. o I helped inculcate a Culture Change of Continuous Improvement.

I was the business lead and manager for implementing SAP APO for Planning. I was: o Responsible for overseeing the changed processes, change managemento user acceptance testing, o master data review, o development of role based SAP APO training materials/reference guides and facilitation thereof (trained the trainers and demand and supply planners (FG & Materials)), o hypercare, system and process key user, o Access approvals, GRC compliance.

I led and implemented a cross functional Customer Service and Inventory Policy (CSIP) project. It entailed:o large scale cross-functional project across sales and supply chain. o Change management to sell the benefits to stakeholders. o Presenting to all levels of management (C level to operational levels in sales and supply chain). o Conducting all the inventory optimisation analysis and recommendations. o Reducing inventory levels whilst increased DIFOT from 88% to 95%.

I worked as Consultant – Senior/ Project /Technical, for Lexian in Aus and Execulink Inventory Management Consulting in South Africa.o I worked in South Africa, UK and Australia and applied structured methodologies to optimize/manage inventory.o I managed a small team of consultants.o Our consulting involved SKU Classification, Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP, Service driven Inventory Policies, Procurement, RCCP, Distribution Requirements, Management Reporting, Excess stock and Life Cycle Management. o I facilitated, led and trained all levels of management o The results I achieved with clients ranged between 20%-50% working capital reductions, 5%-15% increases in customer service and helped them to sustain the benefits.
