==> CA Clarity PPM V13 Support and Development - Involved in resolving CA Clarity PPM techno-functional issues, Project Baseline, SAP Upload, Training Server Configuration, Post Database Refresh Activity, Clarity Studio - Objects and Processes, User Creation and maintenance==> PMO Support Coordinator - Work closely with the Project/Program Managers and project stakeholders to identify potential issues and workaround, ensure that the projects are updated and are in the correct phase, Audit of Schedules & Baselines, Project Governance, Process Improvement==> Training and Mentoring - Providing training on the "best practices" for newly on-boarded project/program/resource managers==> Functional Testing - Writing and documenting the test cases for any new release/enhancement requests before deploying in the production environment

Responsible for successfully execution of IT operations activities within the organization. Performing business analysis, operations analysis, contract analysis, resource management, project management and providing adhoc reports to the top level managemenet on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Coordination with sales team and top/middle level management to get the billable/non-billable projects setup into the system. Was associated with the ITSM (IT Service Management) team and was responsible for maintaining and restoring the normal service operations for the client as agreed based on SLAs. Conducting RCA and gathering information to manage incidents/problem. Was responsible for escalation of issues to the correct resolver group, bridge calls in case of priority one tickets. Interaction with client on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Admin skills for applications such as SAP, AS400, Clarity etc.
