• Part of the Microsoft Incentive Operations (MIO) project for the Microsoft client.• Day-to-day activities include processing Tax Invoice transactions and filing them for approval. • Responsible for reviewing the calculations, Microsoft product Invoices, transaction payments and earnings of the clients and pulling up the MIS reports. • Communicating with various internal teams daily and working out resolutions for the issues which the partner/client is facing. • Responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and correcting the client accounting data. • Performing quality audits to determine compliance to defined processes. • Engaging with the partner/client and helping them better understand the policies and procedures of the process. • Simplification - Maintaining process relevance across multiple lines of businesses for greater alignment/efficiency. • Working on various tools to determine the accurate and relevant resolution to an issue. • Maintaining upstream data and processing it according to the requirement. • Communicating effectively with the senior staff, team members and leaders to improve the quality and efficiency of the process. • Identifying the knowledge gaps in the process and providing valuable feedback to the management in fulfilling those gaps. • Handling L2 escalations and working with the onshore management team and peers to resolve them.• Working with the team members collectively for better process execution and achieving desired results.
