Trained community activists as local field facilitators for to sustain the results gained by the project while monitoring and evaluating of the field activities doing in Kotte and Kolonnawa MOH areas and Colombo municipal council area (Bank of Ceylon head office, MAGA Construction Pvt Ltd., Inland Revenue Department, Visakha College and University College House) by using qualitative and quantitative assessment tools.

Develop new approaches, methodologies, materials, messages, and conduct training programmes, community facilitation sessions and support monitoring of progress of activities through designing of field tools and active group discussions to ensure the application of quality assurance.Provide necessary guidance to MOH staff in Health promotion project development, implementation and monitoring.Ensuring close collaboration with local stakeholders including the establishment and development of strong and effective relationships with the key government officials and community members and their clear understanding of project priorities and objectives.Programme implement and continue in diverse settings like schools, pre-schools, weighing clinics, CBOs and active groups
