Responsible for effective, high quality, and timely delivery of multiple luxury residential community and custom design projects from conception through to completion. This includes the complete leadership, management, and coordination of all internal and external design and estimating professionals to develop program, create innovative designs, meet market expectations and budget, produce high quality design and construction deliverables in a fast paced collaborative environment.

Responsible for management of A/E resources (both internally and externally) for the development of new construction single-family attached and detached homes related to AMH Development’s ground-up build-to-rent single family (move-up) residential communities. Based in Las Vegas, with projects in Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, Tucson, Austin, Reno, San Antonio and Las Vegas.

Girls Youth Basketball (GYB) is a non profit organization (501c3) solely made to focus on the growth of girls youth basketball. Girls simply do not receive the same positive reinforcement in sports as boys do. At GYB we aim to develop basketball skills, sportsmanship and self esteem through our coaches, gym officials and organizers. Our coaches will teach players of all positions and levels to play smart basketball, be coaches on the court, and to become leaders on and off the court.Girls Youth Basketball was created to empower and encourage girls to participate in organized basketball. Due to the lack of all girls basketball leagues it is hard for girls to find a program in which they can experience an atmosphere where they can play in a league amongst themselves.Our goal is to empower and inspire girls to grow physically and mentally as we enlighten them to realize their full potential both on and off the court.

NOVUS’ philosophy is deeply rooted in regionally sensitive design that is critical to time and place. Their downtown Las Vegas, 18b Arts District location, centralizes their firm culturally and enables the team to engage with local government and community on important issues that impact the built (and un-built) environment.

Created several project and business concepts, including new business ventures, youth sports leagues, large-scale multi-sport/multi-court sports facilities, retail and hospitality land development.

First Prudential was a startup division of Live Ventures, focused on Capital Markets, Investments, Banking and Finance. Operation closed in favor of outsourcing to 3rd party providers.

As a Financial Services Professional, I was responsible for managing full-service banking relationships while delivering a superior concierge-type service experience to a portfolio of mass affluent-to-ultra high net worth clientele. I was also responsible for generating growth in balances through the sale, marketing, promotion and referral of products utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach.Was Key in assisting two separate branches on 3 consecutive years to achieve the highest Performance and Profitability Levels and National Achiever Status. AUM approx $30-50MM, clients served, approx 1200. I Worked my way up the ladder from an unlicensed Personal Banking service to Private Client relationship management.

Originally started as an Interior Design Firm, we blossomed to a full-service Architectural & Planning Firm & also provided project management, graphic design, photography and printing services. Closed in 2010 in response to shifting business needs.

Many retail centers & tenant improvements, from big-box retailers like Office Depot, through mom & pop tenants.

In the short time w/ MBH, i worked on remodels & new construction projects for Target Corporation, Best Buy and other multifamily/hospitality projects.

Worked under the guidance of Suzana, who inspired me to take things to the next level.
