• Responsible for sourcing the candidates according to the Job description of the client through various job portals like Monster, dice, LinkedIn, etc. • Conducting End to End recruitment from sourcing, initial/Phone interview to check, verify and validate candidate details.• Worked on different kinds of requirements like Contract, Contract to hire and Fulltime• Screening and short listing the most suitable resumes.• Taking initial interviews to judge the technical and communication abilities of the candidate.• Coordinating for interview schedules with candidates and clients.• Ensuring that proper Follow up of selected candidates happens till their joining.• Good at rate negotiation• Getting background/reference checks conducted prior/post to joining.(Educational, Employment) • Maintaining Database of candidates, vendors and have good rapport.• Preparing various MIS reports related to the entire Recruitment and Selection process.

• Understand job description and post on various platforms to gather resumes.• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. (Portals, Groups etc.)• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.• Screening applications received through various resources and taking initial round of Interview.• Technically analysing the capability of the consultants.• Short listing profiles, maintaining database.• Proficient in DICE and Corp-Corp job boards• Maintain rapport with consultants and co-ordinate on WO release/Documentation (BGV)• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.• Handling End – End Recruitment activities
