Covering South, West, and North Region in the domestic market and Middle East Region for Promoting Hospital Information system and Lab Information system. Business Plan, Forecast, Budgeting, Revenue Analysis, and operations are part of the prime responsibility.

Business Analyst for HIS(HMIS) projects, Gap study, and fitment documentation. Later moved to Business Development activity that includes, Business plan and Pre-sales strategy. Leading a team of pre-sales & Business development team. Working with the product team for the ongoing development of the Solution. Market research for Healthcare and providing vital information about the market to the product team. Well versed in pre-sales activities, RFPs, project life cycle assessment & Tracking. Creation, managing content and development of sales/marketing collateral and posters for different service lines and promotional events of the company

Developed brand strategy and implementation at Market level through various resources, structuring commercial transactions.Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. Competency based training to sub ordinates, Good competitor analysis and Market Research with strong domain knowledge related to Health care and Hospitals.Working closedly with Delivery team and account management are my supplementary competencies.
