I designed complex in-house products of the bank, which are HR automation system and review 360. I've done a lot of research that helped convince stakeholders to abandon some bureaucratic processes. Also, thanks to the research and my design, it became possible to take some of the work from HR and give it to the operators, which greatly helped to ease their workload.

I took the initiative in upgrading our UI Kit and developing our design system, as well as hiring designers for each S7 digital product. I redesigned our corporate program, joining the project at the MVP stage. I also took part in the preparation of a dozen marketing campaigns, in-depth interviews and research projects. Along the way I've taken care of UX copywriting, translation of texts into English, preparation of design documentation, and technical development tasks. I've interviewed prospective product designers, and also partially redesigned the S7 mobile app. During the lockdown, working alongside our marketer, I made the anti-crisis project "Stay on Top" on Tilda for a day, which allowed us to stimulate registration in S7 Profi and increase brand loyalty during a difficult time for the company.

I conducted a design audit of the ticket purchase process on the website and implemented a number of changes that positively affected its conversion rate. I made the UI kit for the mobile app, and carried out a complete redesign for iPhone and Android. I also prepared banners and other marketing materials, designed souvenir badges, wrote copy and drew illustrations.

I designed the mobile app for three types of customers – Client, Carrier, and Terminal – for iPhone and Android. I also designed the web interface of an electronic queue for scheduling the time of unloading transport in terminals. Alongside this I took part in preparation of advertising materials and presentations for investors, and the design of the brand book.

I redesigned the Volkswagen marketing portal, as well as the portal for sale of commercial vehicles. I developed a redesign concept for the website of Agat Group auto holdings. I was also involved in the preparation of marketing materials for Skoda.
