Passionate about the connection between business, data and people. What drives me is to help people and companies being a facilitator to their decision-making processes.How have I got here?My journey started back in Brazil where I completed my Bachelor in Psychology and dedicated my initial professional years to the Human Resources industry. After six years, I wanted a change. I remember it as if it was today. At that time I was a Talent Acquisition Recruiter managing the end-to-end recruitment process of TOTVS Consulting, the business consulting arm of the Brazilian multinational technology company TOTVS. Over time I have developed a passion for the Business Consulting world. So there I was, challenging myself again and building up a career in Consulting at the giant TOTVS. Throughout the years, I have performed projects in clients of different sectors with multidisciplinary teams which certainly played a key role in the development of my analytical skills, time management, and resilience to new and challenging situations.In 2019 I decided to take a step further and study in another country, so I moved to Australia and have been pursuing additional courses and certifications to upskill myself. I have recently achieved a Master degree in Business Analytics where I have received the Postgraduate Academic Excellence Award. Receiving this recognition represents the result of passion, hard work, and self-commitment to excellence.My purpose is to support companies to optimize productivity and achieve more efficient results through Business Process and Data Analysis. Being able to add value to the business and operations brings such genuine joy to my life. I strive to keep empowering myself, keep doing what I love, and deliver excellence. There is certainly more to learn, so much more to improve and build along my journey. But where I see myself now makes me proud, for everything I have achieved and what is coming ahead.
