Additionally, use it run internal admin APIs made to resolve specific issues.* Work with credit bureaus on resolving platform issues or issues with member's services.* Work with other vendors to resolve any issues that is caused on their back-end.* Investigate bugs by using a combination of AWS services, developer tools, logs, and source code to pinpoint the problem and submit the bug report.* Run batch data loads.

Helped figure out with issues such as expired access tokens, invalid/rejected refresh tokens.• Help users figure out their account type based on the information gathered from the organization website (colleges/universities mostly), or domain provider (GoDaddy, Bluehost, Telstra etc.)• When issue was unresolvable on Tier 1 level, I then escalated issues to Tier 2 with a write-up of the problem and steps taken.• When the issue was actually a bug with the email client, I had to submit a bug report with complete steps to reproduce the issue and submitted it to the admin team, who then submitted to the engineers.• Collaborated online with other Outlook Mobile Support members and shared my findings on particular issues. I also helped support other team members when they had a complicated ticket and needed some assistance with it.
