Site Reliability Engineer (Prev. Production Support Engineer)
CurrentMy primary responsibility here is to provide support for the member support team. When the member support team is unable to resolve an issue, it gets escalated to me, and I troubleshoot the issue and either resolve it, submit a bug, or work with engineering team to figure out a solution.Here are some highlights of the tasks that I actively work on (and worked on):* Use Python and C# to automate manual tasks and improve CI/CD pipeline integration.* Use AWS CloudWatch Insights alongside AWS X-Ray to research and troubleshoot issues with the product.* Use Postman to create custom batch jobs using Collection Runner. Additionally, use it run internal admin APIs made to resolve specific issues.* Work with credit bureaus on resolving platform issues or issues with member's services.* Work with other vendors to resolve any issues that is caused on their back-end.* Investigate bugs by using a combination of AWS services, developer tools, logs, and source code to pinpoint the problem and submit the bug report.* Run batch data loads.
