The main goal was to grow Microsoft technology adoption within partners’ replicable commercial solutions and convert it to customer wins and sustainable revenue stream through special licensing and incentive programs for ISVs.Achievements: Built effective ISV team covering depth and breadth ISV activities. This team became a foundation for cross-subsidiary ISV v-team, created to provide both sales/marketing and technology support to Managed ISVs from all customer segments. Successfully re-shaped and re-launched new Indirect ISV Royalty Licensing program in Russia to generate additional revenue by embedding Microsoft products into ISV solutions. First in Central and Eastern Europe “Software + Services Incubation Center” launched to help ISVs to move from “on premises” to Cloud model.

As a Partner Development Manager I was involved into implementation of new Breadth ISV Strategy, developed to leverage the latest Microsoft technology and products adoption by customers through replicable commercial solutions, created on top of these products by Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Achievements: New ISV Engagement Framework developed and implemented in Russia. As a result, Russia ISV ecosystem significantly changed and became much more loyal to Microsoft * “Empower for ISV” Partner Program localized (including new logistic scheme) and launched in Russia. More than 70% of Russian ISVs participated in this program in next 5 years. * New Microsoft Partner Program for ISV Competency successfully launched in 2004. As a part of this activity more than 50% of Russian ISVs have passed Microsoft certification tests and got “Microsoft compatible” logos for their products. Russian IAMCP chapter (International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners) launched in 2005. This Association helped to create trusted partner community in order to implement “Partner to Partner to Customer” approach allowing Microsoft partners to win big customer deals in highly competitive environment.
