I have a synthetic organic chemistry background built up all along my PhD, which was then expanded and further integrated with polymer chemistry, physical chemistry and material characterization. Disclosing the material science field allowed me to easily manage different topics, developing the ability to adapt to novelties, with a fast-learning process and sudden identification into new contexts. This versatile approach was spread and further developed through several experiences in different countries, soaked into a dynamic and international environment.I have always enjoyed working in a team, fostering exchange to achieve the final targets and sharing all the feelings and the issues of being part of a heterogeneous group. I am always keen to exploit the possibility to acquire new skills, prompted by the curiosity to discover and expand my knowledge. I am fast in learning, familiarizing with new situations, managing high stress loadings and I am a very enthusiastic person with a strong motivation, inspiration and a good commitment to produce excellent results.
