I've been with Kelly Nissan since May of 2006 and have been selling cars since February of 2004. My friends all had to have the same thing, so I brought a lot of referrals to the Nissan dealer in the Chicago suburbs where I bought mine. Eventually I was asked if I wanted to sell cars instead of bringing in the referrals... I thought about it for a bit and decided to go for it. I think it is one of the best decisions I ever made. The first thing I learned was to treat every customer as I would want to be treated when I was visiting a showroom. Moving to Kelly Nissan in May of 2006 was another great decision as the Kelly’s are very down to earth and treat employee’s and customer’s alike, like family! I manage our Internet Department and work with customer leads via email, text, phone and, when they visit the showroom, I do work with some from A to Z. I handle our website and our social media pages. I also manage our inventory both physically and online, handle monthly ordering with the factory and until recently handled all dealer-trades. I am the admin for our CRM and am usually the go-to person when there is a computer problem in the showroom. I work closely with our Digital Marketing Company regarding reputation management, SEO, VSEO, PPC, & Organic Search. I try to learn as much as I can to better myself and Kelly Nissan. I also have great relationships with the reps from our vendors such as PCG, Cars.com, AutoTrader.com, AutoUSA, Edmunds.com, KBB/CDM Data, etc. It’s all about relationships! I am also our dealership’s Nissan LEAF EV Sales Leader and have worked with our customers that have purchased/leased the GT-R from us over the past 5 years and counting.
