I work managing a factory of Tissue paper production, focused on people management, work environment, quality, safety, costs and productivity.

I worked as Maintenance Manager at Kimberly-Clark Brazil Company for six years, responsible for creating, managing and developing a Team of engineers and maintenance technicians, electronics and mechanics, and through this Team, ensuring great operate of the factory, reducing the maintenance downtime in more than three times and the maintenance costs by 30%. We built a strong and concise Team, based in youth and experience.

Gerenciando o fluxo de trabalhos corretivos e preventivos, suporte eletroeletronico na manutenção de maquina de papel, controlando as despesas e suportando a implementação de novos projetos.
