At Sofisa, I coordinate the product acquisition journey for SN credit - a journey focused on the bank's lower-revenue customers, aiming to make credit acquisition faster and more seamless for clients, which today represents 23% of the segment's accounts at the bank.

At Wbrain, we engage in specific projects for clients aiming to revolutionize theiroperations by creating technology products through agile methodology. Sincejoining, I have been working at Banco Sofisa as a Product Manager for one of thetechnology squads. In one year, we successfully delivered three products todifferent areas, achieving all business objectives:1. 90% cost reduction in duplicate registration.2. Provision of a Dashboard with essential metrics for all areas of the bank.3. Automation and at least a 1-hour daily time reduction in five different bankprocesses, performed by an average of 250 people.4.Product for a panel where Sofisa Bank partners can monitor statuses and update referrals with potential closings for the bank, aiming to facilitate communication, increase the number of referrals, and boost the bank's revenue.
