Responsável pelo desenvolvimento e aprimoramento de atividades de Contratações de Fornecedores e Clientes, visando contribuir para o atingimento de métricas organizacionais de contratação, cumprindo com normas internas e legislação vigente.

• Analysis of Purchase Requisitions (RC's) received in SAP. Educating and collaborating with applicants to ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards;• Development and implementation of purchasing strategies to obtain the best price, quality and delivery times;• Issuance/Approval of purchase orders in the SAP system. Entering all negotiated conditions and information enabling process traceability;• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery times;• Creation of reports and dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs);• Use of data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI; Results:• Implementation of the daily update of the sector's KPI's, transforming it into a dashboard for visual management;• Hiring/Monitoring of services performed at the 1st General Shutdown of the Goiana-PE Plant in Feb/2020.• Conducting service contacts for the implementation of a new factory in Horizonte – CE;• Reduction in service times, improving service to internal customers;• Organization/Participation of the Workshop for Klabin Suppliers in Oct/2018• Participation in the implementation of the third-party documentation management portal (Rainbow Tech);• Saving of approximately 15% in the acquisition of a conveyor belt for the chip center;• Saving of 10% in negotiating the dredging of the site's aerobic lagoon, with a process above 1 million;• Reduction in service times, improving service to internal customers.

• Carrying out quotations, negotiations, elaboration and adjustments of contractual drafts, to close contracts for the supply of major inputs (cement, steel, explosives, additives) for the sleeper factory and contracting services for the railway work;• Quotations, negotiations and issuance of purchase orders via the SAP system, for civil construction materials (wood, gravel, tools, PPE, electrical and plumbing materials), equipment maintenance parts, office and cleaning materials;• Elaboration of weekly and monthly reports extracted from SAP, on the progress of purchasing/hiring processes, performance in meeting requests and follow-up of purchase orders;• Implementation of qualification and development procedures for new suppliers.

Results:• Participation in the migration from the ERP system to SAP.

• Analysis of the need for purchases, through the monitoring of stock levels;• Realization of quotations, negotiations and issuance of purchase orders through the SAP system, of materials for building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, structural), computers and electronics, tools, office supplies and cleaning;• Search for new suppliers in the market.
