My unit is in charge of Business Analisys, Project Management and Application Management within different business areas in investment banking and group finance context (OTC derivatives, Treasury, ALM, Financial Monitoring and Controlling, ...).We are about 30 professionals (the number could vary according to projects needs) organized into three teams corresponding to the main working area and system integrated in the overall IT architecture (Sophis Risque, Kondor+, ALMPro ERMAS).I like encouraging flexibility and the development of cross competencies, making it possible moving from one team to the other in order to maximize personal development and the achievement of increasingly challenging results.We mix both internal development of Business Solutions and management of Systems delivered from market Vendors.

Just because our emotions make us unique and show what we really want!Jot-to is a new search experience based on emotions and colors.The user chooses a color corresponding to his/her feeling and gets suggestions on a set of experiences among different sectors (tourism, movies, gastronomy, ...).The initial match between products/services and colors is done using a “semantic - emotional - chromatic” internally developed matching algorithm based on psychological studies.Users can in a second moment vote the single experience using a color, and the matching engine will learn from this user experience.
