Senior Architect leading several key design deliveries across Airside and Landside• Pre-Tender- Led the entire processes of onboarding Airport Development Consultant (ADC) and Buildings Design Consultant (BDC) via separate RFPs from market research, preparing Scope, floating RFPs, technical bid evaluation, till Award of Work; Engaged with ADC to compile the exhaustive Airport Development Guidelines (for Urban Design, Arch, Landscape & Real Estate) for Noida Intl Airport. • Terminal 2 Collaborated with Lead Design Consultants, SOM-NY for Terminal 2 Concept Design (CD) & Detailed Design (DD); involved in internal cost studies, quantity/ budgetary estimates and design support for Tender documentation of Terminal 2 • Terminal 1 Capacity Enhancement ProjectsInvolved in end-to-end designing, detailing, coordination, approvals & execution of several sweat projects including additional bus gates, swing gates and contact stands to meet operational requirements • Ancillary InfrastructureInvolved in architectural designing, detailing & execution of several new ancillary buildings as part of key infrastructure development to support Terminal 2 operations including a new Airport Surveillance Radar Facility for AAI, 11kV Substation, 6-MLD Water Treatment Plant, 3-MLD Sewage Treatment Plant, Elevated Pedestrian Walkway and a Central Warehouse • Connectivity InfrastructureSingle handedly designed, coordinated & executed a suburban railway halt station adjoining the airport campus in coordination with SW Railways; considered as a key infrastructure for affordable & reliable connectivity from city to airport
