• Identify & Inspection of availability of material on site.• Processing INDENT – GRN – ISSUE through ERP application. • Preparing of the Steel & RMC report for the site on monthly basis.• Coordination & Following up with suppliers to the Delivery of Materials. • Issue material as per requirement on site to the contractor.• Monitoring & Update daily material Inward & Outward in system.• Co-ordination with Suppliers/Sites & other department for material-billing related issues activity• Inventory Management-Maintain physical inventory as per system. • Handling Store Departments activity.

• Floating inquiry of material required at site & follow up with suppliers for Quotations.• Making Comparative Statement of Quotation received from suppliers.• Processing Purchase orders through SAP & ERP application.• Vendor registration through SAP & ERP application. • Preparing of the MIS report for the department review meeting on monthly basis. • Coordination with Suppliers/Site & other department for material & billing related issues.• Processing advance of supplier through SAP & ERP application.• Generate Pending indent/PR report through system on daily basis.

• Processing work orders through SAP application.• After creation of the work order we process the work order on Digi tool & took the print out& quality check of work order, prepare IOM (Acknowledgment) Copy and dispatch to site for vendor signature within the TAT.• Coordination with site on daily basis to retrieve the work orders. • Managing the team in absence of team leader.• Preparation of EOD , RTD & Quality check report and scorecard data on daily basis.• Handling Escalations received from procurement team.• Data management & maintaining for the all the work orders tracker.

• People management, facilities management and client’s service.• Managing 20 setter exam centers with multiple exam at a time.• Co-coordinating training program for Members, Investors& Brokers(CPE)• Maintain database and reports of all training programs.• Creating various reports and its documentation. • Handling day to day admin and operational activities.
