Role & Responsibilities :Opening Global Markets for BNYM USA Clients and preparing documents like Tax Documentation, Proxy Documentation, Legalization of Documentation and Annual Certificate of Residency, Providing clients with expertise on opening accounts in complex global markets.Act as a point of contact for all global market related inquiries, requests and requirements.Completes all appropriate account opening, tax, and/or proxy documents for new market opening requests.Developing expertise on country requirements and global documentation.Get cross trained and help other teams as and when required.Support downstream teams to complete KYC & AML Checks.Meet and exceed the assigned productivity and quality parameters.Analyze process gaps and suggest improvements.For tenure team members conduct refresher trainings & conduct PKTs monthly.Arrange & attend Compliance, Risk & B.R. trainings on quarterly basis.Monitor process service delivery and ensure accomplishment of targets in adherence to SLAs

Roles and Responsibilities : Handling off-line Customer request. Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output.  Process work to the defined level of quality.  To schedule and priorities allocated work on a daily basis. Recording and escalating all deviation observed. Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
