Joining & Induction: Responsible for new employees joining PAN India and International. Recruitment: Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. Back Ground Verification: Sharing complete data for BGC to Vender and monitoring. Payroll: Responsible for monthly salary processing Taxation: Tax deduction as per declaration and filing return and issued form 16 end of the Financial Year. Statutory Compliances: Responsible for monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly payroll and non-payroll compliances for all locations. PF: Responsible for the Monthly PF remittance (ECR) and PF withdrawal, Pension, Death, and transferases. Compliance Report: Updating monthly compliance data on the HRMS portal. Attendance Management: Updating employees’ attendance in the HRMS portal for salary processing. Performance Appraisal: Handling yearly and mid-year appraisals for both companies. MIS: Preparing monthly, and weekly MIS reports, and maintaining HR data in the HRMS portal. Coordination: with branches with HR Spoc/Coordinator/ Manager for Statutory Compliance Notices etc Vendor coordination / Flexi Pay / Full & Final / Appointment, Relieving Letters/Employee Welfare/Bonus and incentive calculation.
